  • Business Information: Company name, registered address, GST number, PAN, incorporation certificate, licenses.
  • KYC Data: Aadhaar, voter ID, passport, PAN of authorized representatives; bank account details for payout.
  • Financial Data: Transactions, commissions, payouts, invoices, refunds, chargebacks.
  • Portal Usage Data: Login credentials, IP addresses, cookies, device/browser details, activity logs.
  • Communication Records: Emails, calls, chat transcripts, support requests.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To verify and onboard partners.
  • To enable commission payouts, withdrawals, settlements.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We may share information with banks/NBFCs/Payment Aggregators, Government/Regulators, and Service Providers.

5. Data Security

  • Data encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Multi-factor authentication for partner access.
  • Compliance with IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and applicable RBI guidelines.

6. Data Retention

Business and KYC data are retained during the partnership and for 5 years after termination.Financial and regulatory records are retained as per statutory requirements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, review, and correct personal/business data, and opt-out from marketing campaigns.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the Prime Mitra B2B Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be a legal business entity or authorized individual representative, and successfully complete KYC and registration.

3. Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate information at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs.
  • Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities.

4. Services Provided

The Portal enables partners to onboard customers digitally, track commissions, access Mitra Kit, and get advanced training and marketing tools.

5. Commission & Payments

Commissions are based on an agreed structure, and PrimePay reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions in cases of disputes or fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and software are owned by PrimePay.

7. Confidentiality

Partners must maintain the confidentiality of PrimePay data, reports, and customer details.

8. Termination

PrimePay may suspend or terminate access if fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrimePay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Indian law, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved disputes will be settled under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration in Bengaluru.
